Are there any business owners here who have hired foreign workers on EB3 visas? Tell me how you managed it? Because I don't know how I can reduce this employee turnover rate. Is it true that these employees have to be in the position for at least 1 year? I think that would really help resolve this staffing problem.

What kind of business do you have? I have my own network of offline stores and we have a huge number of different warehouses around the country. We often hired workers for temporary seasonal work, but it was quite unprofitable for us, so we were looking for people for long-term cooperation.
